I started Web Presence LLC in 2014 after seeing first-hand how quickly online reviews and search results can shape a business. That company became NetReputation, which helps individuals, executives and brands repair, protect and grow their presence on the web.
Today I lead NetReputation as CEO and write for the Forbes Business Council on brand reputation, crisis recovery and growth.
